Christopher Shale (50), bliski suradnik britanskog premijera Davida Camerona, pronađen je mrtav u nedjelju u javnom WC-u na rock festivalu Glastonbury.

Njegova smrt još uvijek je obavijena velom tajne, tvrdi tamošnja policija.

Shaleovo tijelo otkriveno je oko 11 sati u mobilnom sanitarnom čvoru rezerviranom za VIP goste. Inače, Glastonbury je jedan od najvažnijih rock festivala u Engleskoj, a i šire, čiji koncerti svake godine privlače na tisuće ljudi.

"Sam (supruga šefa vlade Samantha Cameron) i ja izgubili smo dragog i bliskog prijatelja", napisao je Cameron u službenom priopćenju.

Britanska policija objavila je u nedjelju navečer da pregled tijela i okolnosti smrti "ukazuju na to da se ne radi o sumnjivom slučaju".
