Beyonce ponovno oduševila: Pogledajte spot za naslovnu pjesmu 'Kralja lavova'

Napokon je objavljen spot za pjesmu "Spirit", naslovnu pjesmu nastavka filma "Lion King" koju je otpjevala Beyonce, a na projektu joj se pridružila i kći Blue Ivy Carter.

Nakon svečane premijere filma "The Lion King: The Gift", pjevačica Beyonce objavila je spot za singl "Spirit", naslovnu pjesmu filma koja će se naći na soundtracku filma. Video je premijerno prikazan u specijalu na ABC-u "The Lion King: Can You Feel The Love Tonight with Robin Roberts".

- Cijeli soundtrack je ljubavno pismo Africi i željela sam da pronađemo najbolje talente iz Afrike, a ne samo neke zvukove tipične za taj kontinent - izjavila je Beyonce (37) koja je uz plesače, glavna zvijezda spota u kojem se preodjenula čak devet puta, a uz nju se pojavljuje i njezina najstarija kći Blue Ivy.

Beyonce has unveiled the new song and video just three days before the eagerly anticipated film hits movie theatres. And the singer/actress, who portrays Nala in the new adaptation, also features her seven year old daughter Blue Ivy in the music video. The music video is set against an African backdrop with Beyonce singing the song in various exotic locations. The video cuts between footage from new The Lion King movie and footage from the music video set in an African desert. The video focuses on Beyonce, sitting in the middle of the desert alone in a flowing lavender gown and a matching bustier. Her young daughter Blue Ivy also wears a matching lavender gown, walking up to her mother just as the shot from The Lion King is featured, where the young Simba (Donald Glover) steps into the larger footstep of his father Mufasa (James Earl Jones). As Beyonce breaks into the chorus, she is seen in an elegant royal blue grown, standing near a waterfall while spreading her arms wide. She's also seen sitting next to her daughter Blue Ivy in the desert, surrounded by a number of background singers, wearing red with matching red hair. She then switches between a number of different wardrobe options, including a black and white pantsuit with matching cap, a hot pink dress with ruffles and a bright yellow bodysuit.

Beyonce je pjesmu "Spirit" i napisala sa suradnicama, a u filmu je posudila i glas liku Nala. Među zvijezdama koje se pojavljuju, doduše samo svojim glasom, su Donald Glover kao Simba, John Oliver kao Zazu, Eric Andre kao Azizi te Seth Rogen kao Pumbaa.

Na albumu Beyonce ima nekoliko pjesama, a surađivala je i s poznatim glazbenicima kao što su Kendrick Lamar, Childish Gambino, Pharrell, Jay-Z i brojni drugi, a među 14 pjesama je i jedna koju pjeva njezina sedmogodišnja kći Blue Ivy Carter.

Film u kina stiže 18. srpnja, a zajedno s njim bit će pušten i album s 14 pjesama.
